How can I book my journey with MonaCab?
You can book directly using our price estimator on the homepage, or by sending us a quick WhatsApp message. We confirm your journey instantly.
Is the online estimated fare guaranteed?
Absolutely. MonaCab guarantees a fixed price upon booking. No extra costs for traffic jams or delays. The price only changes if you request a different destination mid-journey.
How does airport pickup work?
For airport arrivals, your driver will wait for you outside the terminal exit gate holding a sign with your name on it. We track your flight in real time to adapt to any delays.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay on board directly to the driver with cash or credit/debit cards (Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay).
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. We provide child car seats and booster seats free of charge. Simply mention your request in the notes section when booking.
